Through the funding received from GlobalGiving, YoWDO implemented the kukuza uwezo project which facilitated the training to all YoWDO staff on basic sign language to all staff to enhance communication among YoWDO staff with the deaf community, procured office working tools as well as the established a well office working system and development of the office policies.
